LaBarge Rock, Montana
In the foreground of this photo is "The Needle's Eye" near Virgelle, Montana, looking pretty much as it did when Lewis and Clark saw it in May of 1805. Unfortunately, it was toppled by vandals in the spring of 1997. The dark rock pillar in the right background is LaBarge Rock, when remains as you see it.
